dude nice, i like your plans for the car, the thing would kick ***! that legacy front bumper/grill looks really cool as well

why don't you go for a catless pipe instead of a high flow cat? if i can remember properly, the high flow cat is still illegal in california. just keep the stock pipe around for emissions testing

Fortunately my car isn't registered in California, it's registered and tagged out of Washington State. I'm going with the HFC just because it's simple and I don't need extra parts for the track pipe.

Yeah the S401s are pretty sweet. Anyways I'm turning this Outback into a car made for dirt and gravel roads, something resembling a Rally car, but not a full on rally car.

Well anyways I have my brake upgrade on order:

R1 Concept Brake Rotors
Axxis Semi-metallic Brake Pads
Goodridge G-Stop Brake lines
ATE Super Blue Racing Brake Fluid

Unfortunately I won't be able to try my new brakes until I get back from deployment in the Pacific, but fortunately my fiancee will be getting the parts installed for me while I'm gone.
