I've spun Four times on the street in 18 years driving. Once hauling but in the rain in an MG in Florida, they use shell on the road. In the same spot in a 5.0. Hit a dip while trying to make it through a left at a light in a VR6 Corrado and for no reason in Italy at low speed in an old beater BMW 3. Oh and while running from a cop in the Corrado, I got away. I've gotten crazy sideways on the WRX in snow and rain but haven't loop it by accident. For fun in parking lots doesn't count. It's great to be an overgrown kid. Drive it like you stole it baby.

just a few nights ago I was taking this 2 lane u-turn bend.... more than a 180 turn and I was going about 45mph and was in 4th gear, then as I was about to reach the apex of the corner I downshifted into 3rd and was going about 35mph and i braked and then I let go of the brake at the apex and my car drifting almost 45 degrees through out the turn!!!
newly paved road, decent speed and i was sliding the whole time and luckily straightened it out at the end.. i didnt mean to drift that much, but when my car turned in more and my back came lose, i was like, "what the heck, keep going" and i did...... for some reason, initiating a drift by braking seemed totally more controllable than by initiating it by e-brake..... feeling was better when initiating while braking..... awesoem feeling!
anyone with video? i want to see other people trying....
