hybrid 257 is out and a USDM EJ205 is going in, next few things that i'm gonna get are, STi cluster, wrx/sti pedels, sti shift ****, alk, steering rack bushing, sti grill, sti lip and i am debating if i should get wrx carpet (black) and RS interior (since mine is ugly grey)

BTW, changed the pictures in the first page along with the mod list.

changes are well no more ej20, or hybrid its a full ej257 now, interior is all black, suspension bits have been added and exterior has been updated a bit. Still have to get the exterior parts painted and installed and have to install the rest of the crap.

Future mods are well um..

wheels? 17x7,5-8 te37, ssr type c or some rg II"s but who knows.

after that a BBK, probably a 6/4 wilwood set up or some stoptechs.

ill updated when more changes with it

Pics don't show up anymore, probably cause of the age of the post, but sounds like a cool project. Good to see another GC8 with the STi motor in it. Why'd you go for the JDM 5 trans as opposed to the USDM 6? Was it a pricing thing or is the JDM piece actually better? Just wondering cause we have the USDM 6 speed in our car. Good luck on the rest of your build up.

One reason was cost, but weight was also another factor. It is a good tranny but if i was to go 6mt i would get the JDM one
