You need to post an image in .gif, .jpg, or .jpeg

Your picture should not be over 72 dpi. if more you need to compress it.

common size of picture to post is like 8x6 or 640 pixels wide.

Depending on the picture veiwer program you use changing the size can be difficult to easy.

I think Olimpus photo program that comes with their cameras uses a program made by compupic (sp)

I use adobe photo deluxe or photo shop but you can use many others.

some times you can go into the photo properties and adjust the size there. you can check the size there and the Maximum size is 100000 bytes I normally try to aim for a 59,000 byte size and about a 8x6 picture.
