Maybe it's early, or I'm just confused by your post.

If you aren't familiar with Subaru paint jobs, I'll tell you about'em.

I have a 2005 WRB (World Rally Blue) STi that I purchased in March, 2005. The paint is one big haze of "orange peel." Not only that, but every single time I come out to my car I have a new "mystery scratch" that just seemed to "show up." Not to mention the paint seems so thin that I swear I can see the primer underneath it!

yeah, my paint seems like that too, have you ever considered a new paint job in the near future? since your car is still spankin new...

Yes, I most definitely have, but at this time I just don't feel it's feasible. I've owned the car for 11 months and I just can't justify getting a new paint job at this point. In the future I most likely will get it painted because I plan on keeping it for a long time to come!
