Those pics are from far away lands. They are not of my car. I have the yellow in my tails. Anyway, there are some JDM tail lights on ebay most of the time. Do a search for impreza wagon and they'll show up. Usually $150-$200 for the set.

Which color should I go with?

a.

or

b.

I can just get the gray lower portion of my car painted to get that look. That black wrx is really growing on me.

Not a., cause that's my color. j/k.. but I've been planning it for years...

All black would look sick, and would be my second choice, but is your current black paint in that good of shape that you could do that and not notice the difference much? I was also considering a different two-tone scheme -- maybe that gray w/ a darker gray/charcoal 2nd tone? Photoshop anyone?

Finally changed the zebra patterned door panels. I replaced it with gray faux suede:

Cockpit:

Rear door:

Pretty easy to do and it only cost about $11.

very nice... I've been looking for some material to re-cover mine did you have to go into a fabric store? -I like to avoid this if at all possible ...maybe an upholstry (sp?) shop?

-BTW, do you know anything about the compatibility of WRX wagon rear seats in these? Do they need to be JDM GF8? Or will 02/03's swap right in?

I got it from a fabric store - Joann's here in the Bay. I go with my wife all the time so maybe that's why I didn't mind being in there.

I know that they fold differently. On the WRX, the back just folds down. Whereas in the OBS the bench folds forward first then the back folds down. I suppose if you can attach the WRX bench to the GF hinge it might work. I still have to see.

I've got a '99 OBS that I bought the upper spoiler for. I'm wondering how you attached it. It looks like you're suppposed to drill through the glass, but I'm not overly thrilled with that prospect. Did you drill or just could you just get by with some double-sided tape? Or some glass adhesive maybe?

Thanks for any insight you can offer.

There'll be better pics later.
