I have a 2.5sti block that has a cracked ring. I took it to Robs in haword and they told me I could just do a hone and throw in new pistons and rings (I have all new pistons, and rings are about 130) there is very low miles on everything else in the block as this block was only in a track car (did not even have tags for the street) so there is about 1500 miles on the block.

it was in the S-squared gc8. (nate's car)






the sti pinks were in the same car so about 1500 on them *** well.


I am really looking for a used fmic. or maby a set of 800cc+ injectors for a 02 wrx the I would also take a really clean set of true prodrive lights for the 02-03 wrx. if you have anyof these things and you even just want to sell them let me know.

thanks a lot. I have not seen that site yet. I would love a set of lights but I really need an intercooler. I will just go buy one if I have to but I just wanted to see if I could save green and make some room.

the break in was on the dyno. kinda hard to put 1k miles on a car that you cant drive on the street . that is alot of laps around the parkinglot lol.

 

some one has to have a used fmic
