I had a good experience with MPJ/Speed element. They also installed it for me. prices are decent too.
I bought the Spec-R and I'm loving mine. you can see my review here too, if interested: https://www.i-club.com/forums/showth...ighlight=swift Much more comfortable than stock STI springs (STI jiggle) and than my buddy's Cobb springs.
