Contact LIC.... they, no doubt, have a bunch.
I have mine that you can have for free, but it's not 100%. The little nipple thing for the boost control solenoid return line is broken and a bolt is in its place. I just took the return line off of the solenoid and let it dump to atmosphere... not a big deal because it's a minimal amount of air that comes out of it and it's post MAF so the absolute worst case scenario is that the car runs a touch richer because of it, but that wasn't the case with mine... didn't make a difference.
...anyway, PM me if you need it... but I bet LIC has some laying around...
