You clould put a microphone in your exhaust and run it to the stereo. Turn it up to 11 and get those subs in your trunk thumping. I am just assuming you have hella subs in the trunk by the nature of your post.

Those videos are proof that a straight pipe sounds like ***. And don't get a cutout. They always fail. Nor is $200 enough.

hmm.. then my suggestion is you need to get your hands on some cash, some patience, or a handful of fence pipe, Folger's cans, and aluminized exhaust tape. AFTER you buy a civic.
