Is yours stripped? Kyokugen sucks major azz. Chances are, if your key is stripped, so are the lug nuts. I recommend you take them all off. If you want to get them off and the key no longer works, et al, drop me a PM and I'll give you more help. Its not like this is hidden knowledge or anything, but I'd rather not broadcast it.

Thanks Jason! I am in a bit better position because the nuts aren't on yet. I just have a stripped key, so I can't even get the nuts on. I don't even wanna risk trying to put them on with a stripped key.

Dont even put them on. One day you'll find your self on the side of a road trying to change a tire and you'll strip one of the nuts or the key ... and then, I will pass by holding out a big sign that says "I TOLD YOU SO"

p.s. and then about 10 minutes later I'll turn around and give you a hand

I use mcguard acorns that have an incuse patterns and that fit as deep as possible into the lugnut well. Makes it a bit hardner to steal over regular locks. I don't think lug nut breakers can grab onto them.
