I used to use a site called campusi.com when I was back in school. Looks like they've been bought out by another site.

Anyways, here's a link for picking the book up online for cheap.

I always use Amazon Marketplace, I typically sell the book when I'm done for around the same price I paid for it. The problem is that the shipping is typically slow.
