Looking at the COBB site it looks like as long as it is an AP-SUB-002 it should work for both the STI & the 2.5 Liter WRX (aka 06+ WRX).

I have AP Version 2 for 2.5Lt engines lying around. I have complete original packaging and the unit was on my car for only around 4 months. It will have all my maps from my previous turbo upgrades as well. $600. Let me know.
