I thought the 3.3 ohm resister mod only worked on the older subies like 05 and under. 06 and up has the seat position sensor and also passenger air bladder. I know I could never get my air bag light to go off when I tried the mod.

Well i fix my airbag light for my JDM V8 seats, seat postion sensor, bladder, and resistor needed to turn of light. I'm installing a quick release steering wheel and need two more resistors for the steering wheel.

maybe because you used a 3.3k ohm resistor instead of the 3.3 ohm resistor unless thats what you meant in which case i just upped my post count by 1

3.3 ohm resistors worked for me when i changed out my seats on my bugeye thats why i have extras... not sure if it will work for the steering wheel though... and yes radio trash only has 3.3k ohm resistors which will not work unless u use like 3 in parallel(but it will be a big bunched up mess).
