I am looking for something like a daily driver and want to get a 1996-1998 Nissan 240sx. (preferably a 1997-1998 kouki version)

My friend has a clean 95, I'm pretty sure he has the kouki front end conversion waiting to be put on as well. Has 73k original miles, a 5 speed tranny/hub/knuckle swap, 5 lug conversion, 350z front calipers and a stock KA24 dual-cam. I'll ask him how much he wants for it.

Good luck. I used to have an S14 in Okinawa. Super fun cars. Not drifting it would be a waste of money, unless you just really really love the way it drives. If you're just looking for a daily driver, much more reliable cars can be had for much cheaper.
I wouldn't be surprised if the insurance rate were higher than the STi. Those things are almost exclusively used for drifting these days.

I have owned 2 240's s13 and s14..the insurance rates aren't nothing close to a STI. more closer to a 04+ wrx..
I would sell mine if the price was right, I currently own a 98 Kouki s14 white but if anything i'd like to trade it for a GC
