looking for a complete set of used 06-07 wrx TR brake calipers (red with white subaru lettering). not looking to spend a stupid amount as i will buy a rebuilt kit and rebuild the calipers as well as run brand new rotors (07 rotors will not work on my 03)

You don't need 07 rotors, those calipers should work with all WRX rotors. FWIW, they are not specific to the TR either; all 06-07 WRXs came with them. You can still buy these new too.

im buying new rotors anyways due to warping. id rather buy new pad and rotor. the caliper i want to buy used and rebuild. at that point id essentially be buying a brand new set.

and yes, the calipers will work with all rotors, but not all rotors work with my car. 5x100 vs 5x114. im 5x100

Are you 100% sure it is warping? I've been talking to Mann Engineering and I think warping isn't what it is, at least in my case. I had it too and bought new rotors pads and Goodridge lines and had the same problem again in a few months. I still have my old rotors and they were not warped. He said 4 Pots likely won't solve the issue, but he wasn't sure what is causing it. Not that 4 pots are a bad idea...and I am probably going to do them as well.

well im not using the oem 07 4 pots to fix my what could be warping. im getting vibration on braking on left turns (could be brakes, hub, diff?), squaling/ jerking at stops. ive been thinking stop tech or brembo for the longest time now. but now im in a situation where i NEED new brakes but dont quite have the cash. i dont want to buy new rotors and pads form my stock calipers then a couple months down the road upgrade. so why not "upgrade" its upgrading in my case. lol. so im essentially killing 2 birds with 1 stone (new needed brakes and upgrade with performacnce, but mostly looks). plus, 07 4 pots will add to the originality of my look of my bugeye BRP.

Yeah, that's what I am going to do too. I got a great deal on Brembo blanks so I went with those and Stoptech SPs and it has been a very good setup, but I will be going to 4 pots up front and swapping my brakes over to my GF8.

AFAIK, all rotors are 5X100 for the WRX through 07. Only the 05-07 for that chassis STI are 5x114.

huh, i though it was all (rs,wrx, sti) 5x100 thru 04 and 05 they switched them all to 114. youre telling me its only the sti that switched to 114 and all other (rs,wrx) 05 up remained 5x100?

I have a set with only 1000 miles on them. I have the invoice from the dealer to prove that they are new. Asking $500, hit me up.
