As the tittle states i am looking for a Cat back exhaust for my 03 wrx as well as a catted down pipe.

I have a Helix 3" catback. I have never installed it since I decided to go with an oem exhaust. I bought it used. It has a 4.5" tip that is shiny but the rest of it is black. It sits at a slight angle when installed.
