If you end up finding a DP and just needed a USDM length catback, I just took off my classic Perrin twin-tip and had meant to put it up for sale. Have not gotten around to cleaning it up or making an ad yet. Also have a stock DP so really I have a TBE that consists of stock '06 STi downpipe/cat into the Perrin. It will pass smog, loudly. I think it would just need a donut/adapter to mate the stock to the catback, not sure.

 

At this point the downpipe and cat section are more important to me as stock catbacks are around. I'd love to pick up your Perrin catback, but I'm afraid that it'll end up being more than I want to spend on this project. Again this is really only going to be used once every 2 years.

That being said, how much are you asking for the stock STi downpipe and the catback? Everytime I go through this I'm reminded how much I hate not being able to hear that Scoobie rumble...

 

I have a full oem sti exhaust that I am more than willing to let you borrow so you can pass smog?
I dont want to sell it as I will be in your situtation come smog time.
