7440/7443 socket, work fine, no LEDs burned out. Cool white, very bright. Have two sets so I don't need these. $25, meet up in south bay. Prefer not to ship, but they are small so shipping would be cheap.

Bump. I will bring them to the meet on Wed and you can check them out. My GF (97) uses 1156 for most of the rear lights, so these might not work for yours, unless they changed them.

can you use them for the brake lights? Or are they just single pole?

They do work for brake lights on sedans. The wagon is different, which is why these didn't work for me.
