ya the delrin is stiff for sure. Paid the company to make the molds for casting the poly ones bushings today, 1st batch is 300 bushings.

 

Stainless inner sleeves are all machined and billet sections are almost done being machined. Machined them all day today. Poly bushings are almost done supposedly.
Just have to anodize an coat the billet and the brackets and i'll have 36 sets done.

 

I have poly bushings on the way, had to redo the molds which delayed everything. But bushings are on their way if anyone wants mounts
