It will fit 4, you put two upright and two upside down. And yes, it will fit an '06.

Thanks, I picked up a '93 Ford Ranger about 3 months ago. And hopefully I can get the trans back in the Cummins here pretty soon so I start driving that also.

if there is someone interested in the snowboard attachments and someone interested in the rest of the rack system, how much to split up? of course only if you get payment from both parties.
