Testing Waters: FT/S Helix Catted DP for Catless DP

Hey guys,

Up for trade is a Helix down pipe with a cat welded in. The down pipe is in great condition, flanges are all straight. No rips or extra holes in the cat either.

I'm looking for any brand catless 3", bellmouth down pipe that is in the same condition. I wouldn't mind a cheapo ERZ since I've already owned one and had no problems. Flanges must be straight, I don't want any exhaust leaks. Of course you'll have to throw in some cash on top of your catless. It all depends on what brand you have to offer.

Thanks.

I read through all the PMs and I'll be responding to them later tonight. I want to give my friend some time to get back to me about buying it. I'm definitely considering the offers though.

Majority of the questions wanted an up close picture, but it's kind of difficult since I can't take it off the car. I can't exactly get a shot of the name plate since it's positioned facing the firewall when installed. So without any sleep, some searching through Nasioc's threads and like 5mins on MS Paint I came up with this:

Note: Don't mind the pink finger nails- definitely not me lol I jacked the pic from Nasioc and the chick isn't worth viewing so here's what it basically looks like...

I'm guessing I have a V1 dp since the logo/name is "sunken", opposed to the newer versions being raised up.

Which version do you have? 1,2 or 3? and are you willing to throw some cash on top?

Thanks, unfortunately he sold that down pipe already. I tried haha.

I modified my stock heat shield so you can't really tell that its there unless you really stick your head under the hood to look at it. I can try to get a picture up for you tomorrow or over the weekend.

Yah, you're right. It was a catless that had a cat welded in.

It's back up for trade. I've been talking with JmpnJimbo about the trade but he seems to check his PMs every two weeks so I'm wondering if anyone else would want to trade me.

Let me know what brand down pipe you've got and how much you're willing to throw on top.

PM or text me anytime: 650-274-6284

Thanks.
