yep, i had them in my 98 coupe only thing about the seats is that they sit a little bit higher (but i had no issues and i'm a little over 6' tall), and they don't recline forward as much as the stock rs seats (as they were made for a 4dr, not a coupe).. but they're damn sexy haha

I was able to transport a set of STi seats in my WRX with all other seats installed....it CAN be done....RS might be harder.
