Ok I just tried taking apart my seats to extract my seat heaters, there are hogrings and whatnot and it's a complete pain in the a** so i think i'm giving up on the sti seat conversion. i love my heated seats too much and don't think i will be compensated by what i can sell them for.

If i can get $700 for the STi seats YOU CAN HAVE THEM. If i have to lose my heated seats i might as well hold out for V7 seats. They're in perfect condition except for a very small 1/2" tear on a passenger bolster which isn't getting any bigger.
