Does that JDM Alpine HU work with US radio stations? Or have you already converted it to work.

No conversion has been done on it.

You're absolutely right.

I had it installed in a Skyline while I was in Japan, never had any problems with the radio, but I listened to CD's most of the time because I couldn't understand the J-Pop songs, language, etc. Anyhow, the FM and AM modulations are the same as they are here, it's just limited to the number of frequencies that you can pick up. i.e. our FM goes all the way up to 107.7, but theirs doesn't, it only goes to 103 or something. It's been a while since I've used the radio, thus I'm not quite sure how high the FM frequencies go up to. Although, I can tell you from memory, that it has a VERY wide AM range.
