what does this cap exactly do? im interested

 

the stock radiator cap has like a ~1.1 bar pressure resisitance, and the STi has a 1.3.

If ur running super high boost.. the radiator cap might burst i believe so ppl get a more resistant cap.. correct me if im wrong thx


It also gives your engine bay that bling blizang to the hizang ;o

 

Makes your stock radiator leak even worse

are the improvements on the caps only for wrx and sti and not the 2.5?

 

well i dont see why u would want to put one on a 2.5 rs unless it's for subie bling =P

 

radiator is a radiator regardless of what car it's in, all this cap does is hold more pressure before it flows to the bypass...

so not sure why only people with WRX and STI can use it...

of course this cap is not meant for the stock radiator, since it already leaks on its own..
