My Borla Hush got louder with time, still quieter on the "performance" side of things. I Here good things about the Miltek exhaust, but they are expensive (worth if it it's in the budget)

Lastly, an STI catback is a 2.5" all the way back, I think performance loss would be minimal, or you can do a maddad 3" to 2.5" mid pipe, to a axleback STI exhaust.

I had a Cobb catback on my Foz, swapped it out with a STI catback since we have a little one (6 months). I'm very happy with it as a compromise of sound and performance.

U mad?

Instead of asking for quiet, go on YouTube and look up exhaust notes. Get an idea of what you want.. Post some specific ones on here that you want, and people can throw you offers. You can get a high quality catless exhaust and be fine. My buddy has a high quality TBE that is extremely quiet.

It's called, research.

I'll trade you...

My prodrive with custom midpipe is super mellow even with a catless downpipe.

No, not mad, but wondering what you have added to the thread but a lame attempt at trolling...

Like I said always someone looking for attention. I have done some research, but obviously I'm not a expert, and the help I've received so far has been useful. That's why I posted, so tell me again, why did you?

It's the Internet, try and not get so offended.

Go stock, or be ready to pay a good amount for a higher quality exhaust. YouTube is your friend, it often plays sounds. Where you can listen to exhaust notes. The more restriction, the more quiet it will be. Janky replicas will be louder, and less efficient than legit exhausts as well.

Will Do. Thank you for the info. I'm actually thinking that stock would be a good choice for me at this point. I have tried listening to different sound clips, but find it tough to differentiate from tone to tone.

If you like, we could throw the exhaust on your car and if you don't like it..we can just put on a stock system. I have that too lol

I think that I will try a resonator first, then perhaps switch to stock muffler. If you have a stock system hanging around that might work. Just get a neck down to 2 1/2. Ill let you know in a few days. Thank you.
