CF hood (off brand) (some minor cracks) = $200==> now $180
APS pod intake w/ filter = $50==> still $50
JL audio SUBS 12'' W3 comes in pair = $200==> now $180

it bolts up with stock bolts, comes with intake and the pod pipe...exactly like this picture.
