I am rather big and I have sat in a Torino II. The base was a bit tight, but from the lumbar and up it was perfect, my shoulders and upper back were in the seat like a glove. I 6'1" with a 46" waist and I wear a 3XL Shirt. Until I drop some pounds I am content with the stock seat.
