Newbie with questions and WTB 5x100 black w/ tires

Hey guys-
Been lurkin' here for a while and got some money to blow, please help me to do it! Have a 2006 base impreza wagon. Would like some new wheels (5x100) and was wondering what the biggest, widest set was that could fit. I'm having trouble figuring this out amidst all the sweet pictures of wheelsets I would kill for. If you know the answer or have a set of black wheels with good tires (as that's the excuse for buying new wheels!) please let me know.
Also I would like to get a little boost from the wagon. I decided against WRX when I purchased it and would now like some more power. I was thinking of upgrading the exhaust system but want some pro advice.
Thanks for all your help and keeping this site so awesome!

-Laggin

Don't have a wagon so can't speak on wheel size...but exhaust wise - get a turboback exhaust (downpipe and catback) and get a protune from a local shop or get a cobb AP and flash stage 2

He has a impreza only if I read correctly...

The only thing I have you can use for upgrade in the looks department is a set of 2005 WRX rims with tires with a good amount of life left...

FYI 05 WRX rims look different from any other year WRX

That's what I have...they're just sitting in my garage!

I think this should be towed to the regional section or something, it's not really appropriate for the classifieds section IMO

Yeah, you are right. I wasn't sure where to post this, like I said-Newbie. Apologies if this is getting in the way. Where do you recommend I post this question?

He should be able to get an NA cobb accessport and maybe just an intake and CBE.

I have 18x8+45 wheels for sale that I have currently on my wagon =D pm me if interested. I have put 18x9+35 on my car but it takes some work to fit. I plan on getting 18x9.5's next on my wagon. It's going to take some extensive body work to fit though.

Haha I'm on mobile so didn't see his profile information...as far as power on n/a there's not much you can do...

my girlfriend has a 2.5i and we are trying to focus on suspension to make the car handle better than a wrx or sti

Ridiculously hard to find.... It's almost like throttle remaping.

That's only STi 05+. All other Imprezas have 5x100. Can't really get lots of power from the NA's. Get exhaust, intake, maybe sti pink injectors, and a opensourse tune. I think you'll be happy with that.
