I have a set of 225/45/17 stock STi RE070's that are pretty grippy in the dry. In fact, they're super grippy in the dry. If you need it for a track set, this may be a great set. There's still plenty of meat left since I don't drive hard often.

 

225/45/17 Goodyear Eagle F1's 95% tread left. Very grippy in either wet or dry conditions $550
