Haha thanks Jeremy! I forgot you had been over.

And I have had an ad on CL for the past few weeks. I'm actually kinda shocked that the place isn't gone yet. Its very nice and appears to be reasonably priced. Just thought I'd try posting here and a few other forums I frequent rather than just waiting for a response from CL.
