You should be getting yourself an Attorney or start filing the paper work for small claims. Do all the talking in court and leave it to that. And if this "attorney" is legit, he can meet you at court.
that is true and thats what we are doin i wanted to make sure he was representing him because i dont know if the address on his DL is still current i wanted to make sure he gets the papers i never spoke a word on the situation just asked that if he was one of his clients

Ok so I got off the phone wit my friend who is a specia nvestigator for the DA but in another county. E-commerce laws as we all know are really hard and or non existant to protec people. However he said if you persue a civil matter and win he will be liable for the moneys. If he fails to pay in the alloted time you can have a warrant issued for his arrest for the crime of fraud over $500 which is a felony. He will go to jail and his bail will be set for at least the amount he owes you. When bail is paid you will be given your money if not paid he will go to jail where he will be paid 48 cents per hour and he will stay there until you get your money. If he makes bail you get paid but the DA decides to make an example out of him he will be prosecuted for the fraud over $500 which the minimum sentance is 3-5 yrs in state prison.
Good luck again I hope this douchey douche gets what he has coming criminaly. NOTE to other supporters dont post any threats of acts of violence because if said doucheydouche has anything happen to him it could be bad.

.48 an hour for 24hrs a day? or at 8hrs a day? i'd much rather see the guy put away for 6 months than 2 months... even better: felony conviction.

So you have all the guys details, his name, address and 2 witnesses to his rip off. Serve him papers ASAP and with 2 witness's it'll be a slam dunk, then if he doesn't pay he'll get a few weeks/months locked up.

Being 5'11" and only 150lbs I'd imagine he'll be raped in prison pretty soon.
