I just stumbled upon this post.

 

For starters, thanks for reposting this information about this guy. You are one of two people on i-Club, that I've read in recent days, that was scammed by this person. So thank you for making people aware of the situation before others may fall victim.

Second, I WANNA KNOW WHY THE ORIGINAL THREAD WAS DELETED?
Someone needs to answer up to that! Its very unsettling that someone would delete such a thread without any notification or reasoning. Obviously this person, the "said scammer", has screwed TWO members of i-Club and according to some other research, he has scammed others on Craigslist (non-i-Club members).

So tell me, why the **** would original thread get deleted?

If there is more to the story, like say this dude turned out innocent, we should know as well.

Sorry you got sammed. A little internet lawyer for you. You dont need a lawyer. If this was an internet transaction an you have all docs. I.E. bill of sale copy of check and no product it is an open an shut civil case which you can represent yorself. go to the courthouse in his home of record and file claim. Have a buddy serve him the papers and charge for the process. Then you can if you document properly charge him your hourly work rate you make now for every hour you dedicate to the matter. The judge will rule in your favor, for the money you have lost, the money you paid to have him served and the money in time you dedicated to the matter. I am really sorry you got scammed by some douchey douche. I hope all goes well and it works out in the end. Make haste because if you can get this done before he file his taxes and h is due any retrn the state will intercept the money and send it to you. I have been in the same situation in the past purchacing a puppy on the internet and the woman had to pay for my flight round trip to wisconsin the money for the puppy and also my hourly rate while i was in wisconsin on the matter. Her business was shut down. Unfortunately I am still waiting on alot of the money which should recoup afte she file taxes if she is due a return.

 

Let's call in a heavy hitter to catch this guy....

Well I donno if you saw it or not but someone had posted about this loser and his other scams on CL. I guess this cat jacked some people with some fake concert tickets. However that was missed thanks to the post being deleted. I am sure its on the other thread about these "CL" adds.

So if you ask me, he aint new to screwing people over.

Deal with him on the legal tip. He obviously is acting like he's five and aint going to change. So get him to court and contact the other dude here who is also getting screwed by this guy.
