If you are a recent graduate and interested in learning more about the business intelligence (BI) and data warehousing (DW) industry, read on further. This position is meant for recent graduates with an engineering background that have an interest in growing their technical knowledge and applying them to real business problems to create an organic solution.


We are currently seeking creative, highly motivated, and team-oriented IT professionals to join the Lunexa Team. We value creative thinking and the willingness to learn new technologies and novel approaches. We are interested in working with people who are fast learners, analytical, professional and knowledgeable in IT environments and application development to solve the most challenging business problems.

This position will work with a wide variety of tools and platforms, providing a challenging environment that encourages growth and exploration. If you seek a creative, dynamic and varied work environment, we are interested in meeting you.

If hired, you will endure (and must pass) a rigorous training period of approximately 10-12 weeks and will learn SQL, Advanced SQL, BI/DW tools like MicroStrategy, Informatica, Hadoop, Talend, Jaspersoft, and also get a chance to work alongside senior consultants on current development projects.

Description of Duties:
* Computer programming, web development and support.
* Codes, tests and documents programs as well as assists with systems analysis and design.
* Define specifications and programming process for specific projects.
* Support Client Implementations and Support calls from a technical perspective.
* Planning, Analysis, and Design of Applications and Infrastructure.

Job Qualifications
* BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering, an advanced degree is a plus.
* Effective organizational and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Experience with database management systems, scripting languages and web application programming - Java programming a plus.
* Experience with Business Intelligence, data warehousing and ETL is a plus.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong interest in working hands-on with the technology and learning.
* Work authorization in the US required.

** Due to the nature of our business and having to interface and interact with clients on a daily basis, the incumbent must be able to clearly, concisely and proficiently communicate with clients and staff.**

Customer Service Skills:
* Strong dedication to quality customer service and knowledge of service support and delivery procedures.
* Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail with accuracy.
* Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communications skills, strong telephone etiquette, and the ability to deal effectively and professionally with customers, peers, and management.
