I installed an OEM STi button but you can install any sort. At first I put a small button down by the dead pedal. I could move my foot sideways and have it spray. I have an auto spray system I'm beta testing that may be made for the WRX soon:

Peaty, are you getting these signals from the ECU, the OBD port, or independent sensors? Also, if you are getting them from the ECU, I'm assuming you are using some kind of microntroller. What frequency are you sampling the ECU at?
Reason is, I'm doing this as a little project myself, converting my instrument panel to a digital display with a cool bar tach like on the S2000, and I am wondering the pros and cons of sampling from the OBD port using a ISO to Serial converter, or the ECU.
Thanks,
Ambert

It is stand alone and part of a display I'm beta testing.

The bottle I got at an RC store, and the pump I got at autozone.
As far as now, I'm just testing some things out, as far as placement of the water container and pump so that people with aftermarket batteries or front mounts can use this as well. It will probably be another week, unless I'm super busy.
