I need: lower engine plastic shroud.
Hey, like the title says, I need to replace my lower engine plastic shroud/cover thingy on my '02 WRX. It's the black plastic "skid plate" that covers the lower manifold and oil filter. Mine decided to devorce my car this morning at 70mph. It was actually kinda fun to watch shoot out in my rear view, but now I need to find a replacement.
Please let me know if you have one to sell, or maybe just give to me.
I'm hoping platypus or one of you other rally-xers might have the stock one since you replace them witht the metal ones anyway.
Thanks,
-Chris

Hey Chris,
I think that would be a really hard part to find someone parting out, but if you really want it back I'm sure a dealer can hook you up no problem. Cheapest dealer parts can be found from 1stsubaruparts.com followed by subaruparts.com. You can call either one to get the exact part number or whatever.

I realize this isn't a common part for someone to part out, and I know I don't "need" it, but I'd rather have it bback on there and like I said in my first post, I figured one of the rally-x guys might have one since they usually take them off anyway. I'll give a $tealership a call tomorrow.
