So basically what you are saying is that the 2.5 n/a headers will fit the 1.8 block and i can make any impreza n/a exhaust system work by flipping the flange? The reason i repeated that was i wanted to make sure i understand and i also wanted to ask that only headers up to 2001 and same for exhaust will work on my 96 i assume? what is the deal with the 2.2 headers? are they different in some way or what? Also does anyone know of an intake system that works on the 1.8?

uh, yeah.... thats right, newb lol. seriously, check out Weapon-R for the intakes. the 2.2 is single port headers, meaning theres two exhaust ports on the ehads instead of 4.

 

bump...... header down to 125 plus stocker....
