The radio is great, the lights are red, and the item is shipped. I even offered $5-10$ for shipping a little late.

PS I know you emailed me but *** Cable switched to Sudden Link and our email (all of Humboldt county *** users) had no email from 7-27-06 until 8-22-06. If anyone wants to verify this go ahead and call (877) 443-3127

What's funny is YOU never PM'd me as I am on this site DAILY. I can understand your frustration but not PM'ing me first, or ever?

Not make any excuses as I said I would ship quick, but I moved and I misplaced the unit until lately. Not to bring anyone into it but a well known member blinguskahn knows me personally and can confirm I just bought my first house and moved. Once again not an excuse but just to let you know the deal.

why do I need to pm you when in the post you listed that if I send you 100 you would ship the next day? I waited patiently for 7 days giving you all the opportunity to pm me or explain yourself to me and you did nothing. I am a more than fair person, but when you say you are going to do something stick to your word. When I get the cdplayer, I will inform you and we can go from there.

PM'ing me would have been nice (since you bothered to email me), and common sense to me, that's all I am saying. I admit it was late, told you I take 100% responsability for that and I offer you a partial refund for your trouble. Also I let you know my circumstances, other than that I am not a business and I thought I would ship the next day but stuff came up and it got delayed. I am a stand up guy and I shipped you what you bought. Hope you like the custom stereo. That is all.

I just think it is funny how you got the radio yet you have not told PayPal or come here to post that you got the radio 3 days ago. It's all good, I was a little late too. Goes both ways though.

So 8-2 stereo deal was done and I was paid. 22 days later he has his radio. Not the next day (shipped, it was supposed to go parcal which is 5-7 days) but not really that long when I compare it to time I wait for vendors to ship me stuff (we've all been there).

the reason i have not told paypal or posted is because i have not checked the stereo yet. it was delivered to my mailing address (my folks home) but since i dont live there i havent picked it up yet. i have been out of town for work and just got back sunday. i will check it out today and drop my claim with paypal if everything checks out.

I just want you to realize that i dont care about waiting 2 weeks to get the stereo, but more importantly i care about when someone specifically tells me it will go out next day and does not deliver there promise. i gave you 7 business days of leeway, and still didnt get the item so dont make excuses. again i am not mad so dont worry about it, just trying to tell you. also, i posted in your thread and you waited 14 days before responding to that post.

i tried to let paypal know but since they already closed the case there is nothing i can do. if you go into the dispute i filed there is no option to change or cancel it because it was closed.

My account is frozen still while in review because they said they never heard from you. They didn't take much so it isn't about the money, you just SAID you would contact them and didn't (at least at first) Sound familar?

so, he got the part, filed the complaint with PP, hasnt let PP know because of the fact that the case is closed, yet you cant get the money cuz PP froze your account!?

something doesnt sound right about this.......

Yes paypal took the big money from your account (all of 5 cents. yes seriously $.05)

And no, he decided to send the item after paypal locked his account for not responding to their emails. They sided with me in the dispute because of lack of repsonse from the seller on 3 emails they sent him and so thats why his account is frozen.
