there is a difference
WRX collectors wont work with STi cross pipes (vice versa)
collectors are crosspipes are different
but if you use the whole exhaust manifold complete it will work

Correct: the collectors and crossover pipe on the 06-07 wrx and 06-08 fxt have much sharper smaller radius bends, compared to the STi pieces.
I have dyno plots showing gains, so YES there is a difference. I'll try to dig up the plots later.
