Yesterday was a big day on brokers tour. It will be open today and tomorrow. The talk of the town is it will be gone. Don't sit on it too long...

GEEZUS, you do understand what standard repayment would be on a loan of that size.
Not to mention to a down payment of 20% would be 130k. Leaving nearly 520k to finance... with a monthly payment of $3,200, not to mention any HOA and taxes.
Just to qualify for that loan you would have to make 120k (with no other debts) a yr, gross.
Oh and don’t forget the 6% your wife gets for her services.
Why pay over 3k a month for the joy of homedebtorship when you can rent the same think for over half the price.
People really need to educate themselves on the issue of housing and the devaluing of the dollar..... http://housingpanic.blogspot.com/

. All of the wiring in the garage needs to be re-run. The 220v for the drier needs to be redone. The sprinklers are leaking like crazy. Ahhhh the joys of home ownership...

GL with the sale!!
Prices in South Bay still blow me away. I'm a college grad from Colorado and still after living here for a year, I still get sticker shock.
The advantage, though, is once you're in, you're in. Instead of lining the pocket of someone else with your rent money, your loan payment is building you equity. You just have save up for that overwhelming down payment.
