YEah you heard right. The other house in already in progress. Started working on the garage. Pulled down the sheet rock to find a wiring job from hell. Some jack *** tied the garage in with the master bedroom. All of the wiring in the garage needs to be re-run. The 220v for the drier needs to be redone. The sprinklers are leaking like crazy. Ahhhh the joys of home ownership...

GL with the sale!!

Prices in South Bay still blow me away. I'm a college grad from Colorado and still after living here for a year, I still get sticker shock.

The advantage, though, is once you're in, you're in. Instead of lining the pocket of someone else with your rent money, your loan payment is building you equity. You just have save up for that overwhelming down payment.
