Selling iPhone 5 64 GB AT&T already in my hands ready to go.

I have confirmed with AT&T that any phone that was purchased at full retail price is 100% eligible to be unlocked by AT&T with a simple phone call.
This iPhone was 100% purchased at full retail price so it is 100% unlockable
this phone will work with almost any carrier so long as they support iPhone

No $850 plus tax comes to about $903...full price is the same as the iPads.
But just because it was purchased at full price does not mean at&t will unlock it. The customer getting the phone will have to prove proof of purchase at an AT&T corporate store and is being placed on an account that has no existing contract.

Noob question.
I get the whole "I need an unlocked phone to use it outside the US", but why would someone buy an unlocked phone at drastically increased pricing to use it here?
Don't you need to pay AT&T, verizon etc monthly voice/data anyway? Or do people just want to use it WIFI only?
Always been curious about this when I see unlocked phones for sale.

Makes me mad he has the nerve to post something like this on iclub, keep it to craigslist and ebay. I-clubers supposedly try and help each other out not rip them off on phones lol
