$4500 on your end? Transfer fees would be a wash I guess, unless the .50 is a ton more. Also not sure how to transfer in California. I only have one 5 shot magazine for it, but have only ever put 3 in it at a time. I may have the other mag that came with it but I think it is in my safe in Sacramento and will include it with purchase when I find it.
