It's a little old so some of you might have seen this... My favorite part is when he shoots the glock with like 10 rounds, and drops it out of an airplane. lol

its cool and all. but for the casual shooter, its highly unnecesary. arent glocks fairly inacurate in comparions to a H&K?

stil, very intaresting and very entertaining.

Absolutly not. Here are my groupings with a glock 21 at like 25-30 yards.

Damn accurate and more reliable than any other semi-auto pistol out there. I'm the casual shooter and I've had countless guns jam on me, however, never had a glock have ANY issues at all... I've gone almost 2000 rounds through my Glock 21 without cleaning it and it still fires flawlessly. That is what I expect in a pistol.

Glocks are pretty sweet, but I just can't get over the damn grip angle. I know, I know, I'm being a baby, but I really just can't get comfortable with it. As soon as one shows up at my local gun shop I'm gonna buy the new XD45. That's the closest thing to a glock that I can actually get a comfortable grip on. In the meantime my 1911A1's design has been through two world wars and three major conflicts; the FBI SWAT now uses them, and so do many Special Forces units, so I'm goingt o have to consider it reliable enough.

Here's another reason why Glock is better than HK...

KABOOM! That can happen to any gun with too 'hot' of a load or a blockage of the bbl. What happened to that one? Was the user okay?

Exactly, thats where a lot of the XD or Glock preference comes in. My XD grip is much more like a 1911, but I actually prefer the glock grip angle.

I think that USP was a .40, and the bullet got pushed too far into the case, causing unsafe pressures. A pretty dramatic kB occured.

Did he load is own ammo or did this happen with factory ammo? If it was factory stuff that's pretty scary.

That test is pretty impressive. The Glock 17 is on my list, along with an XD, I need to go try them out. I'm new so havn't yet developed a preference, but maybe it will be obvious when I try them.. who knows. I like the XD in the two tone.. but will not let cosmetics make the decision.

Car Info: MBP is the blackest of blacks. HOLLA BLACK!
I went to the range today to shoot a gun for the very first time.

The gun's i shot:
A guy's AR-15 which was buttery smooth. I expected a lot more recoil.
The rangemaster's M1. That thing was nasty and so much fun to shoot! I don't think I hit the trap at all at 100 yards, haha.
And my Buddy's Sig 226 in .40

I'm shopping around now and and want to try out a G17/19 and an XD9/40 . I like all the good things i hear about glock on this board and others, and I like what I hear about the XDs too. I got to handle an XD at a gunshop and i really like how it feels in my hand.

If you guys have a meet anytime soon, i'd love to try out some guns if that's cool
