Damn Lurk, your toys are better than mine.
Someone set up a meet at chabot, I'm too lazy.
Daybreak, though it isn't on your list, you're more than welcome to meet me at the Livermore range if you want to try a 1911. It might give you some insight as to what grip angle you may prefer. I'm going to be out of town this weekend, but will probably make a tip to Livermore that following weekend (the 21st?).

It was very obvious to me as soon as I handled both, but I'm a baby like that. I had to point out the difference in angle to a buddy, so it must not bother everyone. Most (probably all) gun shops will have an example of both on hand so you can try them out one right after the other.

Yeah, someone setup a meet... I need to sight in my AR with the new flip sights... also have an SU-16 with a RIDICULOUS scope on it that needs to be sighted in. Oh, and there's the M44 that I've never fired...

Something to be aware of for Glock owners.

I'll bring an M240G and some AT4s for good measure. But seriously, the Glock 29 is in my opinion the best buy for an experienced shooter that doesn't mind a little kick. One shot, one kill.
