Thumbs up FS/FT:Stkn- Boston Acoustic speakers & more

I have also decided to sell some RE Audio6" two way coaxes (Model 6FR)...I have 4 pair at $50.00 a pair. See more info at http://reaudio.com/fullranges.html

These are a good sounding speaker that fits with a modest spacer. These are new in the box!

I also have a Boston G310" sub for sale for $150.00

a Azentek Smart Mirror Navigation and bluetooth system for $500.00 http://www.escortradar.com/smartmirror.php

Hello- I have decided to pull the trigger and upgrade my Boston Pro60's in my 02 Wagon and that has left me with some extra speakers if someone is interested. I have a used set of Boston Pro60's (Last year’s model) that have a modified tweeter cup that allows them to bolt into the factory Impreza door from 02-07 with the use of a 3/4 inch spacer. These speakers are in excellent shape and sound great. I also have a brand new set of Boston pro60SE's (Current Model) that I was going to install but decided to go the Boston SPZ's instead. I got as far as mounting the crossovers but never installed the speakers. They are packed up as new.

Boston Pro60's (Used) - NOW $200.00 $225.00 (Sold new for $600.00)
Boston Pro60se's (New) - NOW $300.00 $325.00 (Sells new for $600.00)
OR $450.00 for both.......
I am open to trades for Suby parts or perhaps anything else...Hit me up

Here is a link to some reviews of the pro60's. These are very highly regarded speakers....

I am willing to deliver too much of Nor Cal and will ship within reason.

I also have some used Boston woofers, RE Audio Woofers (Sold), RE Audio 6" coaxes (Only $50.00 a pair) and a ton of other products if anyone has needs just pm me.

Thanks for looking
Scott

If I were an audiophile I would love these, but too broke to spending so much on speakers plus I suck at wiring, I'm still looking for someone good to install a Alarm for me lol..

Bump for some dope speakers.

Thanks guys...I don't know what I would trade for them exactly. I would consider a catted, bell mouth downpipe or some suspension bits like a rear sway bar, strut bars or struts/coilovers. I am the Nor Cal Boston rep and don't want to see these sit on a shelf. I bought them for a good price and would like to pass that on to the I-club family first before craigslist.

If you have something to trade, pm me and we can talk. I also have a project 240sx with a SR20det swap that I would consider parts for. I could also use some tuning time for my Cobb AP if someone has a hook up.

Thanks
Scott

can you elaborate on the 60 Pros' "modified tweeter cups"?? pic would be good too.
::
and basically what's exactly involved in dropping these in stock bugeye doors+panels? just the 3/4 spacer?
how much power do they need to listen comfortably?
::
sorry, haven't been in the car audio scene since Nakamichi, Soundstream, & Rockford Punch HD amps ruled! lol i don't have much time these days to jump back in either.
::
thx in advance!

Pro60 Mods

If you look at the top right photo of the tweeter cups, I have modified those to hold the tweeter in place of the bulky tweeter bridge. The tweeter bridge is what stops them from fitting easily. I have put the speakers back to their stock build but will gladly ship them modified. I made a pair of 3/4" mdf spacers and it was a pretty simple bolt in from there. As for power, I would run 50-200 real watts and I can set you up with an amp if you need one or three...See pics of my actual door with the Pro60's installed...

Thanks
Scott

Add 100.00 and a trip to Stockton and you have a deal! Sound deadening extra. Or you could find a local guy and show him the picks as a guide.

::
anyways, few more q's...
::
how long have you had 60's & approx use? (daily driver+use?) sorry, never bought used spkrs b4 & always been hesitant, due to risk of buying damaged or DOA items.
::
will you sell w/spacers? (really don't want to mess w/other mods....prefer as drop-in+plug & play as possible)
::
please confirm...ANY other mods necessary to fit in bugeye?....grind door panel or spacers for window track+etc? (again, really don't have time to take on another project but tired of stock "premium" spkrs)
::
::
thx again!
::
::
