i got this for my girlfriend but she never got it installed, its just been sitting in its box since the early summer. I have one installed on my 04 ts wagon that you can check out. this receiver was made for Subaru specifications but will fit other cars. check out Hitchfinder.com, that's where I bought it for $120 after shipping. Its a class I hitch receiver.

hmmmmm. how is it with aftermarket exhausts??? have any photos of yours mounted??

 

this is the exact same hitch installed on my wagon, I had it installed at a uhaul store, you can do it yourself, but you should get the car up on a ramp. the hitch I have for sale has never been installed though, its brand new.

As far as aftermarket muffler goes, if it comes close, I would just put some dynamat on the bottom of the hitch for padding.
