FS: 2005 Subaru WRX Wagon - Auto
FS: 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX Wagon - Auto
Hi guys, up for sale is our '05 Wagon
Asking price - $7000
Transmission - AT
Mileage - 176,XXX
Title - Clean
Color - Silver with black interior
Must see to appreciate, car drives amazing. Very smooth, suspension still tight, no mechanical issues. All maintenance up to date, oil change just done today with Mobil 1 synthetic, major maintenance and valve cover gasket job done earlier this year with receipt by Garage 1 auto for over $1,000. New tires last year (Goodyear All-season F1 tires), brake pads recently changed both front and rear. Has a few perks here and there that are listed below.
Exterior is in fair-good condition, I'd rate it at a 7/10. All mileage is highway, all factory parts and turbo spools as it should with plenty of power. We purchased this car mid last year with the intention of keeping it long-term, however jobs have moved and it is no longer needed for commuting. Previous owner before us did all the major maintenance at a Subaru dealership in Santa Cruz. Timing belt is due at or before 200K.
Perks/Full-disclosure:
AC needs to be re-charged, no leaks or cracks just needs freon.
Shifting into Reverse from P or N there is a slight delay other then that no issues (could be related to below)
Garage 1 said one of the transmission mounts is shot ($100 dollar part + less than 30m of labor)
Lock button doesn't work on the key fob, I just hit lock when I exit the car, alarm still engages this way.
Rear cup-holder assembly is broken
Driver side fog light is cracked
Car does have its minor issues but nothing major, it drives beautifully and is definitely worth taking a look at if you're in the market. I've done my best to give an accurate representation of the car's condition but please come see it in person before making offers.
Thank you,
Gary
