But I can say that he prices fairly for the purpose of selling. Not trying to ream people or get as much as possible like most folks. The tires I bought where very fairly priced. So I wouldn't be concerned that they're cheaper than what you'd normally see for those wheels and I wouldn't bother haggling as they're already lower priced than they should be.
Just guessing of course.
