I have a Thule Evolution carrier. There was a hair line crack (about 2 inches long). I used marine epoxy to seal it. The crack is fine. I have some of the hardware but you will probably need to get new hardware (mounting / attachment). The lid opens but need some TLC. I have 1 key for it.

Other than that it was working. I got the carrier from my uncle who got a new one. I thought I was going to use it but I have not fixed it and realize I really don't have a need for it.

Come get it. Bring a truck or a van, you can't mount it to your roof rack.
